Description

The module will cover a number of aspects of Commercial Litigation including injunction work, how to fund a complex commercial action, preparing statements of case, disclosure and inspection procedures, choice of jurisdictional forum for proceedings with a foreign element and inslovency proceedings. The module will explore the practical and tactical considerations from both defendant and claimant perspectives. The module will also cover in some detail director's disqualification, security for costs and alternative dispute resolution.
